Amit Kumar Soni is the founder and CEO of Mindacks and the creator of the MIND FIRST Framework — the world's first neuroscience-backed methodology for conscious AI adoption.
For over 18 years, he has sat at the intersection of human potential and technological change. His journey spans engineering labs in Japan, boardrooms in New York, and keynote stages across Asia. Through it all, one question has driven him: Why do the smartest organizations keep failing at the human side of AI?

Amit is currently a PhD researcher studying the intersection of AI and Neuroscience. He is an ISO 42001 Lead Auditor and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), placing him in the top 6% of coaches worldwide.
