Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all programmes, workshops, certifications, coaching sessions, and digital products purchased through Mindacks (the brand name of Mindaks Global Pvt. Ltd.).
We want every learner and client to be satisfied with their investment. If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the following Mindacks offerings:
- AI Governance, AI Leadership, and AI Literacy certification programmes (delivered through the Mindacks Human-Centred AI Institute — MHCAI).
- Executive workshops and masterclasses (virtual and in-person).
- One-to-one or group coaching sessions with Amit Kumar Soni.
- Digital products, recorded courses, and downloadable resources.
- Enterprise training and consulting programmes (governed separately by the service agreement — see Section 7).
2. Cancellation by the Participant
More than 14 days before the event or programme start date
You may cancel your registration for a full refund minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
Between 7 and 14 days before the start date
You may cancel for a 50% refund of the amount paid, or you may transfer your registration to a future cohort or programme of equivalent value at no additional charge.
Less than 7 days before the start date
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a cash refund. However, you may:
- Transfer your registration to a future cohort (subject to availability).
- Designate a colleague or substitute participant to attend in your place.
After the programme or event has commenced
No refunds will be issued after a programme or event has commenced, regardless of attendance. This applies to both in-person and virtual formats.
3. Digital Products and Recorded Courses
Due to the digital nature of recorded courses, downloadable resources, and digital toolkits, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the download link has been issued.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a digital product you have purchased, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue promptly.
4. Coaching Sessions
- Single session: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session forfeit the session fee.
- Coaching package (multiple sessions): Unused sessions in a coaching package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel before the programme midpoint. No refund is available after the midpoint of the package.
5. Cancellation by Mindacks
Mindacks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop, programme, or session in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Insufficient enrolment.
- Speaker or facilitator unavailability due to illness or force majeure.
- Technical or logistical circumstances beyond our control.
If Mindacks cancels a session or programme, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to an equivalent alternative session.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or cancellation:
- Email us at info@mindacks.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Programme Name]
- Include your full name, the name of the programme or product, your purchase date, and the reason for your cancellation.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Enterprise and Custom Programmes
For enterprise training, consulting, and advisory engagements governed by a separate service agreement or statement of work, the refund and cancellation terms in that agreement shall take precedence over this policy.
If no separate agreement exists, this policy applies. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Administrative and processing fees.
- Digital products once access or download links have been issued.
- Programmes or sessions that have already commenced.
- Certification fees once an examination or assessment has been attempted.
- Third-party examination or accreditation fees paid on your behalf.
